1976 Founded as a trading company of electronic components.
1988 Signed a distributor agreement for Rainbow Technologies, Inc.(current SafeNet, Inc.)
"Sentinel" software protectors.
1992 Opened Tokyo Office.
1994 Signed a distributor agreement for Tactician Corporation "Tactician" products.
1995 Released Japanese version of "Tactician" product.
1996 Opened Osaka Office.
1997
  • Set up a technical partnership with Tactician Corporation
  • Changed the company name to "Giken Shoji International Co., Ltd."
  • Started F@xEm@il service. 
1998
  • F@xEm@il was certified as "New Business of Communication and Broadcasting"by Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications(current Ministry of Internal affairs and Communications)
  • Won the Nagoya Mayor Prize of Chubu New Business Award.
2004 Signed a distributor agreement for Sony Corporation "bit-drive".
2006
  • Signed a distributor agreement for Digital Earth Inc. "Google Earth"
  • Started a joint development of "Neraiuchi! Pro for Z" with NextWave Co., Ltd.
  • Started a joint development of "PFDAutoSecurity with Sentinel" with Xelo, Inc. 
2007
  • Signed a sales agreement for Hitachi Business Solution Co., Ltd. "DoMobile".
  • Acquired a patent for F@xEm@il service (JP Patent #3914303).
  • Acquired a patent for F@xEm@il service (JP Patent #4007720).
  • Joined Japan Direct Mail Association (JDMA) as a full member. 
2009
  • Acquired a patent for direct mail system (JP Patent #4334831).
